Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We take important measures to ensure and double check that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a possibility that:
The item may be damaged during transportation
There might be a manufacturing Brand defects ( Customer need to Visit Brand Service Center for all technical Services )
That a wrong item is delivered to you
There might be a chance where some electronics functions are not working
In only such cases as given above, we will provide the replacement at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. Replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
To get a replacement, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org your Order Number and the Reason for replacement along with valid images and videos. Kindly email an image of the product, clearly showing the batch number and the invoice for our reference. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return without our confirmation.
Once the replacement request is accepted, we will pick up the products within 5 days of receiving your request. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Do note that it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, and customer has already paid we will refund you the full amount.
Raykart India private limited will only accept the products that are unused and unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. The product needs to be returned in the original box. Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging does not qualify for replacement in any manner. If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact Raykart India private limited immediately and inform the customer service agents about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided.
How will I get the refund in Case Stock is unavailable?
In case of a refund, we process the refund within 5-7 days from the date when the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the billing details shared by you on email email@example.com . This process will be completed within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back as well as receiving your bank details on the e-mail. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
Changes in the Cancellation and Replacement
We keep our Cancellation and Replacement Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.
