Returns, Replacements and Refunds
We take important measures to ensure and double check that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a possibility that:
The item may be damaged during transportation
or
There might be a manufacturing Brand defects
or
That a wrong item is delivered to you
or
There might be a chance where some electronics functions are not working

In only such cases as given above, we will provide the replacement at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement of the item is made within 5 days after receipt of the package. Replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.

To get a replacement, email us at replacement@raykart.in your Order Number and the Reason for replacement along with valid images and videos. Kindly email an image of the product, clearly showing the batch number and the invoice for our reference. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return without our confirmation.

Once the replacement request is accepted, we will pick up the products within 5 days of receiving your request. We will initiate the replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact. Do note that it is subject to the availability of stock. In case that a replacement may not be available, and customer has already paid we will refund you the full amount.

Raykart India private limited will only accept the products that are unused and unopened. Any returned product that comes in with an open seal, improper handling or damaged/torn out boxes, missing labels or instructions will not be accepted for returns and will be sent back to the buyer. The product needs to be returned in the original box. Products damaged during shipment or improper packaging does not qualify for replacement in any manner. If a product is damaged on delivery, it is important for the buyer to contact Raykart India private limited immediately and inform the customer service agents about the damage. A detailed email with the shipment information needs to be provided.

How will I get the refund in Case Stock is unavailable?

In case of a refund, we process the refund within 5-7 days from the date when the products have been received and verified at our warehouse.
For payments done through credit/ debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer against the billing details shared by you on email replacement@raykart.in . This process will be completed within 5-7 days from the date of us receiving the products back as well as receiving your bank details on the e-mail. It may take an additional 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Changes in the Cancellation and Replacment
We keep our Cancellation and Replacement Policy under review to make sure it is up to date and accurate. We reserve the right to change or update this Policy at any time without any prior intimation to you. Such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on our Website.

1. No Cost EMI available on Raykart.in, Can Customer buy more than one product in one order?  Yes. You can buy numerous number of products from Raykart.in and avail No Cost EMI on products eligible for No Cost EMI. The discount will be calculated only on the eligible items.

2. What is the minimum amount I need to purchase to avail EMI or No Cost EMI?  EMI is available only on purchases above INR 1099. As long as you are purchasing for products more than INR 1099 you can avail No Cost EMI on eligible products in the cart.

3. Will my bank continue to charge me interest? Yes, your bank will charge you interest. However, the interest to be charged by the bank will be provided to you as an upfront discount at the time of your purchase, effectively giving you the benefit of a No Cost EMI. This discount excludes GST on interest amount that will be charged by your bank.

Terms and Conditions of Credit Card No Cost EMI

The following terms and conditions apply to no cost equated monthly instalment (“”EMI“”) transactions made using Raykart.in and using EMI facility as a payment option (“”No Cost EMI“”)

1. The No Cost EMI facility is being offered to the customers who make a purchase transaction on www.raykart.in thereof (collectively, “”Raykart.in“”) using EMI facility on Raykart Checkout Page using Razorpay Payment gateway.

2. The No Cost EMI facility is made available on select products, as determined from time to time.

3. The No Cost EMI payment option can only be availed using selected or mentioned Credit or Debit cards on Raykart.in and is not available on purchases made using any other payment method including net banking or pay on delivery payment methods.

4. Using the No Cost EMI payment option, the customers who undertake the purchase transactions on Raykart.in, will only pay amounts such that the total of these amounts during the EMI tenure is equal to the list price of the products as displayed on Raykart.in (at the time of making the purchase transactions). The participating sellers or brands (as the case may be) will provide amounts equivalent to the interest imposed by the banks to undertake the purchase transactions on EMI.

5. The banks issuing the credit cards reserve the right to charge Goods and Services Tax (GST) or other applicable taxes on the purchase transactions undertaken on EMI.

6. Customers can add more than one item to their cart and if all the products are available on no cost EMI, you will get no cost EMI discount on all. No Cost EMI discount will be calculated only on the eligible items in the cart.

7. Customers may avail the No Cost EMI facility, provided that:  the order is not cancelled by the customer or the participating sellers or Raykart.in; or The product is not returned / exchanged by the customer.

8. The EMI facility is made available to the customers by and in the sole discretion of the banks issuing the credit cards. Raykart.in will not be liable for any claims on account of availability or non-availability of EMI facility.
