Why do I see different prices for the same product?

Raykart strives to provide reasonable but not absolute product and pricing information as there could be pricing or typographical errors. We meticulously work to provide you with the lowest prices possible on Raykart as well as in all our group stores and in order to do so sometimes the price online might differ with the price in store. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

How do I know my order has been confirmed?

You will be notified via email provided to us or the mobile no. via sms regarding confirmation receipt of your order and other details. No act or omission of Raykart prior to the actual dispatch of the product (s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer apart from the actual dispatch of the product.

Which products are not eligible for cancellations?

Raykart has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not and if the order has not been processed/approved by us, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount. However, cancellation charges will become applicable @ flat rate of 2.5 % of the order value if the order has been approved /processed.

Is our information secure with the website?

“Your Information” is defined as any information you provide to us during the registration, buying or listing process, in the feedback area or through any e-mail feature. We will protect your Information as per our Privacy Policy. However, you will be accountable for your account privacy (password and unauthoried access to the account) and for the activities done from your account and no liability falls on Raykart in case of any failure on your part.

Do sellers on Raykart ship internationally?

The materials on this website are directed solely at those who access this website from India. Raykart makes no representation that any products or services referred to in the materials available outside India. Those who choose to access this Site from outside India are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable. Raykart will deliver the products only within India and will not be liable for any claims relating to any products ordered from outside India.

How do returns work?

Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged and invoices once made cannot be modified or cancelled for any reason thereof.If I request for a replacement, when will I get it?In case customer have received the product as faulty/DOA, customer should inform us within 7 Days of time after receipt of the product. We will arrange for pick up and replacement. Customer can also visit nearby service centre of particular vendor and replacement can be arranged there as well.
